Q. How do I contact you? A. You can call, or send an e-mail. Q. I have a script. How do I send it? A. Include it within the body of your e-mail message. If applicable, please include all other information relevant to your project-- such as what type of read you want-- e.g. happy, upbeat, etc. Is it a dry read, or will your project require sound effects-- or a backing track, etc. Q. After the project is complete and I've made my payment, how do I acquire my files? A. You will receive an e-mail with instructions, and a link to download your files. Q. How long will it take? A. No longer than 1 to 3 business days-- or a little longer depending on the length and complexity of your project, and my weekly schedule. However, I can deliver short projects with a quick turn around-- if needed. Q. My copy has changed! I need you to re-track! A. No problem. Submit your updated script by way of e-mail. However, unless it's a long project requiring script changes and re-tracking, try to have your copy finalized before submitting your order. Q. After I contact you and submit my copy what happens next? A. I'll record a brief demo and send an e-mail link enabling you to playback the sample track instantly on your PC. It will be recorded at a lower sampling rate with an audio watermark. From this point you can decide if my voice is right for your project. If so, contact me and I'll bill you through Pay Pal. After your payment is received, I'll immediately begin working on your project. After completion, you will receive an e-mail containing a download link to access and download your files. Q. What file formats are available? A. All of the currently used popular audio formats are available including: Mp3, WMA, WAV files, etc. Other file formats such as Ogg Vorbis and AIF files are also available. Please submit your specific requirements along with your copy. However, please keep in mind that WAV files are extremely large and consume a great deal of bandwidth. Because of this technicality, WAV files will be sent out on CD only. Q. How do I pay, and are my payments secure? A. Your payments will be processed through Pay Pal. They are one of the leading secure payment options here on the World Wide Web. Your payment information will be safe and secure using the latest encryption technology. Q. What is your refund policy? A. I will gladly issue you a refund if for some reason I can't complete your project in a timely manner. By timely, I mean significantly longer than the time I promised you your project would be finished. Unfortunately, I can't be responsible for network problems here on the Internet, or other unexpected technical glitches unrelated to this website.
